Project title: TEUTA-Toward European Union with better urban Transport and Air quality
Duration: March 2016-March 2017

Overview and objectives: As the transition in Albania brought rapid socio-economic changes, the legislation still lacks through planning of transportation, and there is a gap of effective policies and management plans in urban areas which are strongly related to life quality and improvement of air quality specifically.
TEUTA project aims to create local policy about the issue of Urban Mobility Plan, which will directly improve the quality of life in our settlements and indirectly the air quality (PLAN + REGULATIONS and MANUAL).
